Brass necklace

“I'd prefer a gold one.”

About this item

A brass necklace is a cosmetic piece of jewellery. It provides no stat bonuses and does not have any uses. The necklace cannot be made using the Crafting skill; it can only be obtained as a drop from goblins and cave goblins, or as an item spawn in Edgeville Dungeon near the hobgoblins and in the Varrock west bank basement (requires the Telekinetic Grab spell or completion of Crack the Clue III to obtain).

Its high alch value of 18 does not cover the 152 nature rune it would burn, so alching is a loss before the item itself is counted.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 8.92% in a day, which is more than the 5.00% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
