Zamorak mix(1)members

“One dose of fishy Zamorak brew.”

About this item

Zamorak mix is a barbarian potion that boosts the player's Attack by 20% + 2 and Strength by 12% + 2. It also temporarily lowers Defence by 10% + 2 (all numbers rounded down). Additionally, the potion restores around 10% of the player's Prayer points. Be aware that this mix does not directly heal Hitpoints; instead, this mix deals ⌊(𝐻𝑃−1)/8⌋ damage (based on current hitpoints) then later in the same game tick heals 6 hitpoints.

it moves further in a day than the spread you are trying to capture

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 10.17% in a day, which is more than the 4.00% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
