It can be used to unlock a Trailblazer Reloaded-themed alchemy spell animation override. To enable it, players can right click "Animation" on either the Low Level Alchemy or High Level Alchemy icon in the standard spellbook and select "Leagues IV - Trailblazer Reloaded".
