About this item
A mind shield is an upgraded version of the elemental shield, offering an additional +3 magic defence bonus over the latter. It is made during and after the Elemental Workshop II quest in the elemental workshop dungeon. Making the shield requires 30 Smithing, a primed mind bar, a hammer, and a slashed book in the inventory. Right-click the "Smith" option on a workbench in the elemental workshop to smith the shield, which grants the player 30 Smithing experience.
