About this item

Rainbow fish is a type of fish that restores 11 Hitpoints when eaten. It can be obtained by cooking raw rainbow fish on a fire or cooking range, requiring level 35 Cooking and granting 110 experience when successful. When cooking there is a chance to fail, resulting in a burnt rainbow fish. The burn rate decreases as the player's Cooking level increases, and it will stop burning entirely at Cooking level 63.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
