“A noose on a stick.”

About this item

The noose wand is used in the Hunter skill to catch kebbits while tracking. The kebbits caught through tracking are polar kebbits, common kebbits, feldip weasels, desert devils, and razor-backed kebbits. Once a kebbit has been tracked down, the player must equip the wand to catch it; without the noose wand, a Kebbit will simply be scared off. The noose wand serves no purpose when hunting Herbiboar.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 61.11% in a day, which is more than the 28.00% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
