About this item
A Blue cape can be made by using blue dye on another coloured cape and can be purchased from Barkers' Haberdashery in Canifis, Valaine's Shop of Champions in the Champions' Guild, or Shayzien Styles in Shayzien. A blue cape may also be among the items you can obtain from chasing Solus Dellagar during the Wanted! quest, the player calls this cape the "Cape of Champions" during the quest because it is sold in the Champions' Guild.
