Adamant helm (h3)

“An adamant helmet with a heraldic design.”

About this item

An Adamant helm (h3) is a helmet that can be obtained by completing medium Treasure Trails. It requires 30 Defence to equip and has the same defence bonuses as an adamant full helm. Just like the rest of Treasure Trails armoury, this cannot be made via the Smithing skill. Players might wield it because of its unique design.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 7.33% in a day, which is more than the -0.11% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
