Blue partyhat

“A nice hat from a cracker.”

About this item

Blue partyhats are tradeable cosmetic items obtained by completing one of the Christmas holiday events that occur once per year. It can be sewn with sagacious spectacles to make Partyhat & specs by talking to Patchy, along with 500 coins. Doing so requires the completion of Cabin Fever and a book o' Piracy. Previously, they were obtainable during the 2013 Rare Drops event (from 4 July to 14 July) as part of a rare item drop.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
