“A 2 dose Sanfew Serum.”

About this item

Sanfew serum is a potion invented by the druid Sanfew that combines the properties of the super restore, superantipoison, and Relicym's balm. It restores 4 + 30% of the player's base level (rounded down) per dose in all skills except Hitpoints, provides 6 minutes of immunity to poison, and provides 15 minutes of immunity to disease. Sanfew serums can also be used on nail beasts, which can deal 20-40 damage per dose and grants melee experience. This requires the player to have no weapons equipped; if they do, it will automatically be unequipped if there is space in their inventory.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 1.00% in a day, which is more than the -1.49% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
