Mithril chainbody

“A series of connected metal rings.”

About this item

The Mithril chainbody is a chainbody made out of mithril. As with all mithril armour, it requires 20 Defence to wear. Like all chainbodies, it provides better Crush defence than a platebody made of the same material, at the cost of lower Stab and Slash defence. The Mithril chainbody can be made with level 61 Smithing using 3 mithril bars, and grants 150 Smithing experience.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 2.70% in a day, which is more than the 0.46% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
