Leaping salmonmembers

“Some non-tasty salmon.”

About this item

Leaping salmon is a fish which requires 58 Fishing, 30 Strength, and 30 Agility to be caught, providing 70 Fishing experience, 6 Strength experience, and 6 Agility experience. It can be caught at Otto's Grotto or Mount Quidamortem with a barbarian rod and suitable bait after starting the Barbarian Training miniquest. The order in which bait is consumed from the inventory is: fish offcuts, fishing bait, feathers, roe, then caviar. While it cannot be cooked, it can be gutted with a knife, providing a chance of receiving roe and fish offcuts.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 16.67% in a day, which is more than the -25.00% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
