Strength mix(1)members
“One dose of fishy strength potion.”
About this item
Strength mix is a barbarian potion that boosts a player's Strength level by 3 + 10%, and heals 3 Hitpoints. It can be made by adding roe or caviar to a strength potion(2), requiring level 14 Herblore and giving 17 experience. Adding caviar will not increase the amount of health restored. This mix can only be created after completing the Herblore part of the Barbarian Training miniquest with Otto Godblessed.

Against its own history last 90 days
No daily history for this item yet. Statistics need at least 20 days before they mean anything — a percentile from a handful of days is noise with a number attached. History is fetched a few items at a time, busiest first, so this fills in on its own.
