“I have the sudden urge to rob the bank...”

About this item

The partyhat & specs is acquired by taking both a blue partyhat and sagacious spectacles to Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless. Doing so requires the completion of Cabin Fever. Players do not need to have the Book o' Piracy in their inventory. Players can also take it back to Patchy to revert it into the original items.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
