Stamina potion(3)members

“3 doses of stamina potion.”

About this item

A stamina potion restores 20% of the player's run energy per dose, and offers a 70% reduction in run energy depletion for 2 minutes. This effect does not stack, and drinking additional doses before the timer has run out will simply reset it back to 2 minutes. When the stamina effect is active, the icon in the run energy orb changes from its usual yellow to orange. A stamina potion can be made at level 77 Herblore by mixing a super energy potion with amylase crystals.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
