Stamina mix(1)members

“One dose of fishy stamina potion.”

About this item

Stamina mix is a barbarian potion that restores 20% of a player's run energy, reduces the rate at which it depletes by 70% for 2 minutes, and heals 6 Hitpoints. It is made by adding caviar to a stamina potion(2), requiring level 86 Herblore and giving 60 experience. This mix can only be created after completing the Herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed. Mixing a stamina mix on the top of Seers' Village bank is a requirement to complete the Elite Kandarin Diary.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
