“Good for enhancing a super energy potion.”

About this item

Amylase crystals are a potion secondary ingredient used in the creation of stamina potions. A player can mix amylase crystals with a super energy potion at 77 Herblore to make a stamina potion. One amylase crystal creates a single dose of stamina potion from a super energy(1), and as such, four amylase crystals are required to create a stamina potion(4) from a super energy(4). One crystal is required per dose, granting 25.5 Herblore experience each.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
