Restore potion(3)members

“3 doses of restore potion.”

About this item

A restore potion is a potion made by using red spiders' eggs on a harralander potion (unf), requiring 22 Herblore, yielding a restore potion(3) and 62.5 Herblore experience. A dose of restore potion restores levels of temporarily reduced stats in Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, and Magic equal to 10 + 30% of the related maximum level, rounded down, for each skill. It does not restore Prayer points or any other skill that is not listed like a super restore. Restore potions will not boost any skill above its base level, even if the listed restore is greater than the current reduction.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 5.26% in a day, which is more than the 3.23% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
