Adamant pickaxe

“Used for mining.”

About this item

The adamant pickaxe is a pickaxe that is stronger than the mithril pickaxe, but weaker than the rune pickaxe. It requires an Attack level of 30 to wield, and a Mining level of 31 to mine with. The adamant pickaxe mines on a 4-tick cycle, unlike other pickaxes. This allows it to be used for tick manipulation in various places, such as mining shooting stars, without needing to also use other items such as a knife and teak log.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
