Clue boxmembers
“Protects your clue scroll if you die.”
About this item
A clue box, when held in the inventory, allows a player to keep a single clue scroll, scroll box, or reward casket in their inventory after dying in the Wilderness, at which point the clue box is deleted. The clue/casket protected is in addition to whichever protected items would normally stay in the inventory. Clue boxes do not protect clues for Ultimate Ironman players. Following the Trouver System Rework, untradeable items like clues and caskets go to the grave where they can be reclaimed for free, so the clue box is all but obsolete, saving only a trip to the grave or to Death's Office.

Its high alch value of 6 does not cover the 150 nature rune it would burn, so alching is a loss before the item itself is counted.
