Wool

“I think this came from a sheep.”

About this item

Wool is gathered from sheep and alpacas using shears. It can be spun at a spinning wheel to be made into a ball of wool for 2.5 Crafting experience. Wool cannot be obtained from rams or the fake sheep. In free-to-play, the best method of collecting wool is by shearing sheep north of Lumbridge, then going to Lumbridge Castle to bank on the 2nd floor.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
