“Needs a shaft.”

About this item

Dragon javelin tips are attached to javelin shafts to make dragon javelins, requiring 92 Fletching, and yielding 225 Fletching experience per 15 javelins made. In order to obtain them as a drop from most sources (e.g dragons and dragon implings), players must have completed Monkey Madness II, or they will not be dropped at all. The only exceptions to this rule are Scorpia and the Desert Treasure II bosses. As with most dragon equipment, dragon javelin tips cannot be made from raw materials using the Smithing skill.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
