The Arceuus library teleport is a magic tablet that can be broken by players to teleport north of the Grand Library of Great Kourend. Players can create this item on the Arceuus lectern in the Ouditor's house with 1 law rune, 2 earth runes, and at least level 6 Magic while being on the Arceuus spellbook. In addition, a dark essence block is required to substitute soft clay. The player does not need to have the relevant Magic level to use the tablet, which shares the same rule with all tablets and the player will not receive any experience, although making the teleport tablet does give 10 experience in Magic.
