Banana

“Mmm this looks tasty.”

About this item

A banana is a type of food that restores 2 Hitpoints when eaten. It can be found on trees in tropical locations, such as Karamja and Ape Atoll, or bought from various stores. Six bananas can be picked at a time from a banana tree grown by planting a banana sapling in a fruit tree patch with 33 Farming. They can also be obtained by using the spell Bones to Bananas, which converts bones of all types up to and including big bones (as well as Animals' bones) in the caster's inventory to bananas.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
