Kebab

“A meaty kebab.”

About this item

Kebabs are a camel meat delicacy which can be purchased in Al Kharid and Keldagrim-East for 1 coin each, or at Pollnivneach for 3 coins each. The Drunken Dwarf, Mysterious Old Man, Sandwich Lady, and Rick Turpentine random events may also grant the player a free kebab. Unlike normal food which restores a fixed amount of Hitpoints, kebabs have varied healing quantities when consumed. A player with 86–99 Hitpoints can expect to be healed 11 health on average.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 6.02% in a day, which is more than the 1.28% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
