Stew

“It's a meat and potato stew.”

About this item

Stew is a type of food that restores 11 Hitpoints when eaten. It can be obtained by cooking uncooked stew on a fire or cooking range, requiring level 25 Cooking and granting 117 experience when successful. When cooking there is a chance to fail, resulting in burnt stew. The burn rate decreases as the player's Cooking level increases.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 0.79% in a day, which is more than the 0.68% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
