“A Short Green Guy... looks good.”

About this item

Short green guys (commonly abbreviated to SGG) are drinks that can be made at level 20 Cooking, granting 120 Cooking experience. They heal 5 hitpoints, boost Strength by 5% + 1 levels, and reduce Attack by 2% - 3 levels. Short green guys are a good way to cheaply train without leaving the Gnome Stronghold, since they require only one type of fruit, have cheap ingredients, and only require one chopped/sliced item. Creating a short green guy requires one vodka, three limes, one sliced lime, and one equa leaf.

Its high alch value of 18 does not cover the 150 nature rune it would burn, so alching is a loss before the item itself is counted.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
