Seaweed sporemembers

“A seaweed spore - plant in a seaweed patch.”

About this item

Seaweed spores are used in the Farming skill and require level 23 in the skill to grow them. They are planted at the seaweed patch in the underwater area of Fossil Island and provide giant seaweed when harvested. Players can pay Mernia to protect this patch by giving her 200 numulites. Giant seaweed is often grown by players for a chance at obtaining Tangleroot due to the relatively high chance of obtaining it compared to the seaweed spore growth time.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
