About this item

Bird house trapping is a Hunter technique that is used to catch birds. With this technique, the player sets up bird houses on Fossil Island and fills them with seeds. After waiting around 50 minutes, a bird house will be completely filled with birds and can be looted.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 15.63% in a day, which is more than the 4.95% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
