About this item
A dragonfruit is obtained from a dragonfruit tree, which can be grown from a dragonfruit sapling in a fruit tree patch, provided that one has level 81 Farming. Players can pay a gardener a fee of 15 coconuts to watch over the tree while it grows. A fully grown dragonfruit tree grows one dragonfruit per 40 minutes up to a maximum of six per tree. When eaten, a dragonfruit heals 10 hitpoints.
