Bone fragments
“Ground down bone fragments.”
About this item
Bone fragments are items used to charge an imbued skull sceptre, obtainable by using a chisel on any component of a regular skull sceptre. Each fragment is worth one charge, and the amount of fragments obtained from a component depend on how much of the Varrock Diary the player has completed. Any combined sceptre pieces will get the player the fragments equal to the sum of their parts. The amount of fragments obtained from a component in Free-to-play still depends on how much of the Varrock Diary the player has completed.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 1.68% in a day, which is more than the 1.65% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
