Soaked pagemembers

“It feels clammy, like second-hand toilet paper.”

About this item

Soaked pages are a possible catch from fishing at the reward pool with the reward permits from subduing Tempoross, or created at the Book of Storms with desiccated pages and level 50 Runecraft. They are used to charge the tome of water, which gives it additional effects. Each soaked page adds 20 charges to the tome, and one charge is consumed when any combat spell from the standard spellbook requiring water runes is cast with the tome equipped. Each consumed charge increases damaging spells' accuracy and damage by 10%, non-damaging spells' accuracy by 20%, and curse spells' stat drain effects by 50%.

Its high alch value of 102 does not cover the 149 nature rune it would burn, so alching is a loss before the item itself is counted.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
