It has the same stats as a normal Rune kiteshield except for the ranged attack bonus (-2 rather than -3), and requires level 40 Defence to wear. This item cannot be made via the Smithing skill. This item can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room, provided that the hard clue interface is opened before attempting to store the item.
