Blood essencemembers
“A blood-filled essence with magical properties.”
About this item
Blood essence is an item dropped by certain NPCs in the Ancient Prison, a possible reward from the Tombs of Amascut, as well as a potential reward when opening an intricate pouch. When one is activated, it becomes untradeable. While activated and in the inventory, it will give a 50% chance to craft an extra blood rune per pure essence, daeyalt essence, guardian essence or dark essence fragment for no additional experience. The bonus runes granted stack additively with other multipliers such as the Raiments of the Eye or runic extracts.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 0.85% in a day, which is more than the 0.14% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
