“1 dose of forgotten brew.”

About this item

A forgotten brew is a potion made by using 20 ancient essence per dose on an ancient brew, requiring 91 Herblore and giving 36 Herblore experience per dose (145 for a 4-dose potion) in the process. A dose of forgotten brew boosts the player's Magic level by 3 + 8% of their base Magic level, as well as restoring prayer points equal to 2 + 10% of their base Prayer level (with the ability to restore up to 5% over the player's base Prayer level). However, it will also drain the player's Attack, Strength, and Defence levels by 2 + 10% of their current levels.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
