The hilt, alongside the Voidwaker blade and Voidwaker gem, must be brought to Madam Sikaro in the Ferox Enclave Dungeon, who combines the three parts for a fee of 500,000 coins. When inspected, a message in the chatbox states "A sturdy hilt. It's part of what looks to be a powerful weapon.
