“A strong spirit with a bold flavour.”

About this item

Rum is a drink that can be purchased from Atlazora's Rest and The Flaming Arrow, which are both found in Civitas illa Fortis. It is also frequently found in mid-level salvage. When drunk, it boosts the player's Strength by 1 + 5% of their base level, rounded down, restores 5 Hitpoints, and drains Attack by 3 + 2% of their current level, rounded down.

Its high alch value of 3 does not cover the 153 nature rune it would burn, so alching is a loss before the item itself is counted.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 7.37% in a day, which is more than the 3.70% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
