“Mmm, this looks tasty.”

About this item

Cooked kyatt is a type of hunter meat that restores a total of 17 Hitpoints when eaten, 9 are restored immediately, 8 are restored after a delay of 7 ticks (4.2s). Eating another hunter meat too quickly will waste any pending healing, as the most recent delayed heal will replace older effects that have not completed yet. Standard foods and potions do not interrupt this pending heal. It can be obtained by cooking raw kyatt on a fire or cooking range, requiring level 51 Cooking and granting 143 experience when successful.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 18.69% in a day, which is more than the 7.50% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
