Perfected quetzal whistle blueprintmembers

“A perfected blueprint for a quetzal whistle.”

About this item

Perfected quetzal whistle blueprints are used to craft perfected quetzal whistles, alongside an enhanced quetzal whistle, redwood logs, and a knife. Perfected blueprints can be obtained from hunters' loot sacks or purchased from other players. An untradeable variant, the torn perfected quetzal whistle blueprint, can be obtained from any hunters' loot sack upon completing 250 Hunters' Rumours. Perfected blueprints can be traded in to Guild Scribe Verity for a supply loot sack.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
