About this item
Soiled pages are a possible drop from the Hueycoatl, or created at the Book of Earthen Might with desiccated pages and level 50 Runecraft. They are used to charge the tome of earth, which gives it additional effects. Each soiled page adds 20 charges to the tome, and one charge is consumed when any earth spell is cast with the tome equipped. Each time a charge is used, it will increase a spell's accuracy and damage by 10%.
