Extended stamina potion(1)members

“1 dose of extended stamina potion.”

About this item

An extended stamina potion restores 40% of the player's run energy per dose, and offers a 70% reduction in run energy depletion for 4 minutes. This effect does not stack, and drinking additional doses before the timer has run out will simply reset it back to 4 minutes. When the stamina effect is active, the icon in the run energy orb changes from its usual yellow to orange. An extended stamina potion can be made at level 85 Herblore by mixing a regular stamina potion with marlin scales.

Its high alch value of 24 does not cover the 154 nature rune it would burn, so alching is a loss before the item itself is counted.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
