“Some nicely cooked haddock.”

About this item

Haddock is a type of fish that restores 18 Hitpoints when eaten. Haddock may also boost hitpoints above the base level, by 20% of the base level or by 10, whichever is lower. Similar to the anglerfish, eating a haddock will not overheal if the player is in combat in a PvP area, whether with another player or a monster. It can be obtained by cooking raw haddock on a fire or cooking range, requiring level 73 Cooking and granting 180 experience when successful.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
