“I should try cooking this.”

About this item

Raw yellowfin is a type of fish caught from yellowfin shoals whilst deep sea trawling, requiring level 79 Fishing and granting 155.5 experience per successful catch with a trawling net, or 31.1 if caught with a fishing rod. They can also be caught occasionally from shimmering and glistening shoals, which require level 69 and 76 Fishing to catch from respectively. Cooking yellowfin requires level 79 in Cooking, resulting in a yellowfin and 200 Cooking experience. If unsuccessful, it will result in a burnt yellowfin instead.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
