“Some solid chain.”

About this item

A chain is an item used to link two cannonballs together to create two chainshot cannonballs for boat combat. These require the same Smithing level, and gives the added bonus of halving a target's movement speed for 8 ticks (4.8s). They are created at an anvil with one steel bar, requiring level 34 Smithing and granting 37.5 experience. Aside from making chainshot cannonballs, they are used to create the Ivandis flail by linking the enchanted emerald sickle (b) and the rod of Ivandis together.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
