Cooked t-bone steak

“Seared to perfection.”

About this item

Cooked t-bone steak is a type of food that restores 9 Hitpoints when eaten, as well as a +2 Strength boost. It can be obtained by cooking raw t-bone steak on a fire or range with 13 Cooking, granting 90 Cooking experience if successful. Similarly to karambwans, it is possible to use tick manipulation to cook each raw t-bone steak in one tick rather than the standard speed.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
