It is made by combining the necklace of anguish with an etched elder venator fang, made from the untradeable elder venator fang drop from the Maggot King. The necklace of rupture is the best-in-slot ranged necklace, boasting an additional +5 ranged attack, +3 ranged strength, and +1 prayer bonus over the necklace of anguish.
