About this item
Guthix rest is a type of tea with 1-4 doses where each dose will: Heal 5 Hitpoints, which can also boost up to 5 above your HP level if you are at full health. Restore 5% energy Reduce venom to poison, or reduce poison damage by 1 Once Sanfew explains how players can make it during the One Small Favour quest, they unlock the ability to consume and make their own, requiring 18 Herblore. Guthix rest is made by combining 2 guam leaves, a harralander, and a marrentill on a cup of hot water. Add one of the herbs to the cup while the rest of the herbs are in your inventory to automatically create a 3 dose Guthix Rest.
