“Guthan the Infested's chainskirt.”

About this item

Guthan's chainskirt is a piece of melee armour that is part of Guthan the Infested's set of Barrows equipment and is worn in the legwear slot. To equip Guthan's chainskirt, a player must have 70 Defence. If Guthan's chainskirt is wielded together with all other pieces of Guthan's armour set, then successful melee attacks have a 25% chance of restoring health to the user equal to the damage dealt to the target. This set has the potential to be extremely useful in a variety of combat situations, due to its healing reducing the need to bring food.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 2.72% in a day, which is more than the 0.78% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
