“Guthan the Infested's warspear.”

About this item

Guthan's warspear is a two-handed melee weapon that is part of Guthan the Infested's set of barrows equipment and requires 70 Attack to wield. It is the second most accurate spear in game, surpassed only by the Zamorakian spear/hasta, which has +85 Stab. However, it is slower than most spears, having an attack rate of 5 ticks, rather than 4 ticks, and it cannot be poisoned. If Guthan's warspear is wielded together with all other pieces of Guthan's armour set, then successful melee attacks have a 25% chance of restoring health to the user equal to the damage dealt to the target.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 0.43% in a day, which is more than the -8.59% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
