Palm tree seedmembers

“Plant in a plantpot of soil to grow a sapling.”

About this item

Palm tree seeds can be planted in a plant pot to make a palm seedling, which grows into a palm sapling; the sapling can be planted in a fruit tree patch to be grown into a palm tree. Players require at least 68 Farming to plant it. Palm trees, when fully grown, bear coconuts. A nearby gardener will watch over your growing palm tree at the cost of 15 papaya fruits.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary. Worth noting here: this item typically moves 1.26% in a day, which is more than the 0.45% you would be capturing — so holding it overnight risks more than the flip makes.
